Personal one-on-one training is an individually designed creative program to achieve your health and fitness goals. As a trainer, I aim to move you in a way that will change your body while having fun. Personal Training will transform the way you exercise & feel.
Small group training is a nice blend that brings personal training to a group setting. It’s a supportive & fun group that focuses on your goals & redefines the way fitness classes feel. Each group is limited to 4 to 5 people. Keeping it intimate with lots of personal attention.
Think outside the gym!!! Bring your workouts to the great outdoors! We’ll take you along the Farmington River Trail for some interval training including sprints, hills, stairs, dips on benches, push ups on trees & lunges off logs. Come learn the various exercises that you can do just about anywhere. Join us for this innovative way to workout.
Walking is one of the best exercises you can do to improve or maintain your overall health. Benefits include increased cardiovascular fitness, reduced risk of heart disease and stroke, improved management of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, joint and muscular pain, diabetes, increase muscle strength and endurance, reduce body fat, stronger bones and improved balance. Join us for a 30 min walk along the Farmington River. Includes 5 minute warm up & 5 minute stretching/cool down.

Kids’ Fit Club is designed to ignite the passion of our youth with fun and engaging activity based classes to keep kids moving all year long. Classes focus on exercise basics, games and activity challenges. This class was created to help kids stay physically active & learn the importance of fitness for overall health.

Looking for a great way to unite low impact cardio with strength training? ROWING is the name of the game. End the pounding on a treadmill or elliptical machine…try something fun that works the whole body!! Come enjoy a ½ hr open row session at your pace for $10. Tuesday & Wednesday 12:30-2pm. Thursday & Friday 9-12pm.
Stand-up Paddle Board Workouts: Paddling requires a lot of upper body, leg, and core strength, then couple it with squats, push-ups & planks, just to name a few, and you have a wonderfully intense but rewarding total body workout on the water.

Vicki is absolutely amazing! I have accountability issues when it comes to exercise, hence I realized I needed a trainer that just doesn't let me off the hook easily. Since our initial orientation, Vicki heard my needs; why I needed a personal trainer and what were my goals. I have yet to repeat any of my workouts with Vicki. They never are boring. I am not going to lie, she makes you workout hardcore, but somehow Vicki manages to keep my mind busy and 60 minutes fly by.
